What size belt do I need?
Measure your current belt
The most accurate way to size a belt is to use an existing belt that you already own, wear, and know exactly how it fits.
To do this is simple. Start from the end of the belt, where the leather/material starts not the end of the buckle. As shown on the photograph. Measure up to the hole that you wear your belt at most frequently, this will be your size.
When placing an order for a POULTER belt, please select the appropriate measurement. This length will be to the middle hole, giving slight room to make the belt shorter or longer.
The example in the photograph would be a 34" belt.
Based on trouser size
If you do not currently wear a belt, or do not have a belt to measure, you can calculate the length from your trouser size. Take your existing trouser size, i.e. 34", and add 2 inches to this size.
Therefore, in this example, your belt size would be 36".
Please remember that I can always add additional holes if required, but can not make a belt any longer. Please be honest with your sizing.
Should you have any questions, or are not confident with your calculation, please get in touch. I will be more than happy to help.
