Watch Strap Sizing

Watch Strap Length

To measure your wrist for your bespoke watch strap (or Apple Watch strap), first take a tailors tape measure (or strip of paper).

Wrap this around your wrist and take the measurement at the point in which they overlap. (If using paper, mark where they overlap and measure flat)

Now refer to the size guide below to match your measurement to the appropriate sizing.

Please contact me should you have any questions, or feel unconfident in your measurement.

Watch Strap Width

The width of a watch strap is the distance between the two lugs (the section holding the spring bar in place). Measure the distance between the two. Accuracy is key to ensure an accurate fit.

The easiest way to identify the sizing is to check your old strap for size markings. Use this where possible.

Most of my watch straps are slightly tapered. This means there are two measurements, i.e. 22/20. The first measurement (22) is the distance between the lugs. The second (20) is the inside width of the buckle. Should the standard sizes not fit your watch, please contact me.

Apple Watch Sizing

There are two sizes of Apple Watch;

38/40mm or 42/44mm.

To identify the size required, look at the engraving on the backside of the watch, this will have the size marked.
